Scout Registration Form

Please fill out the BSA registration form if you have not already done so. Note that the back of the form is a health history that the Troop needs to have on file in order for your son to participate in Troop outings.  You'll need to fill out and turn in this multi-part form.

Adult Registration Form

We encourage at least one parent from each family to register with the troop.  Registration lets you vote at troop committee meetings, and (more importantly) come along on outings.

Troop 663 Information Sheet

To comply with Council guidelines for our outings, we need to collect some emergency contact and automobile insurance information.  The information Sheet has spaces for this.

Vons eScrip

The troop participates in Vons "eScrip" program.  This is an effortless fundraiser for the Troop.  All you need to do is register, and Vons will donate dollars to the Troop for every purchase you make with your Vons card.  You can register with the Troop even if your're already registered with other groups; Vons will split donations from your purchases among all the groups with whom youre registered.

Troop 663 Talent Release Form

Troop 663 maintains a private web site (www.troop663.org). from time to time, members of the troop may post photos from Troop outings for scouts and parents to enjoy.  In order to comply with Desert Pacific Council guidelines for Troop web sites, we ask that parents sign a "talent release form."  This insures that we have your permission to post photos of your son on the troop web site.  Please note that the web site is private to Troop failies only, and that we do not post any personal information (other than first names) along with photos.
